• Identifying students with possible learning disability, attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disabilities with the help of preliminary questionnaires, feedback from teachers and parents and assessing the work assignments done by the students.• Referring students in need for psychological testing and assessment of learning difficulties, ADHD and intellectual disabilities after parental counselling.• Conducting weekly individual counselling sessions for students with ADHD, Anxiety disorders, body image issues, peer pressure, bullying, etc.• Mentoring shadow teachers of students with intellectual disabilities with the special education plan and NIOS curriculum for students with cerebral palsy.• Conducting workshops for grade 4 – grade 11 on age appropriate topics such as Diversity in India, Time management, Self- actualization, Anxiety and Parental expectations, Body Image issues, etc.• Conducting workshops for teachers to help in the identification of dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, etc and discovering methods to help students in the classroom dealing with the same.

• Conducting Psychological and Developmental Testing for infants, children and adolescents from the age of 0 months to 18 years with Global Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Difficulties, etc.• Conducting Counselling Sessions for adolescents with issues like stress, anxiety, low self- esteem, inattention, low motivation, peer pressure and guiding them with life skills for better control.• Preparing Behaviour Modification modules for children with issues such as non- compliance, hitting behaviours, hyperactivity, impulsivity etc. using operant conditioning and training the parents with the same for the purpose of maintaining consistency across all settings.• Providing help to the special educator with preparing plans for children.with learning difficulty such as dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyslexia, etc.

Observing psychological evaluation of children with varied disorders diagnosed in infancy, childhood or adolescence like mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder.

- Understanding the basic difference in each student regarding performances in academics, sports and co-curricular activities, helping them locate their core talent and letting them reach the best of their skills.- Understanding the curiosity levels and need to feed on knowledge for growing age and providing students with facts, through various activities such as skits, videos, etc. and laying the base for stronger skills to be utilized in future.- Maintaining a strong relationship with students balanced out between strictness and friendliness, bringing out the right amount of sternness. - Working on the discipline and academic achievement of students through counselling session and extra classes.- Guiding and heading the team of primary teachers along with students throughout the science exhibition.- Preparing students for compering in various events such as Annual Fete, Sports Day for Senior Wing, Sports Day for Junior Wing, etc.- Organizing various events such Teacher’s Day celebrations, children’s day celebrations, assemblies, etc.
