Heading bottom weight fabric sales to Japan, India & USA geographies. Currently working with various high street brands & garment converters servicing these brands in the region. Was instrumental in starting the Japanese geography from scratch.

Took over existing operations of a young SBU. The first FY was spent in streamlining operations, finances & getting in-depth understanding of the trade.The subsequent FY was spent in:-* Establishing new systems* Re-negotiating with vendors* New tie-ups & collaborations* Process & productivity improvements* Establishing a relationship with the existing pan-India agent/dealer network & appointing new ones.Above actions resulted in the reduction of loss of the SBU from a high double digit to single digits. The Net Gross Profit also turned positive. Active presence & interactions on various Social Media platforms for the entire group was initiated on joining & also e-retailing of products on leading market places.Currently launched new fabrics & high fashion product lines which will give an edge, visibility & higher acceptance in the global market.Initiated work with well known global street brands for their fabric requirement (B2B). Focusing & growing this revenue stream.

Spearheaded FCML (Futuristic Concepts Media Ltd), a part of the Siyaram Poddar Group having interests in textiles, tyres & paper boards, into Media manufacturing. Over the past 13 years FCML has commissioned a capacity of over 100,000pcs a day for CD & DVD 5/9. FCML offers complete in-house disc services for all pre-recorded CD Audio, CD-ROM, VCD & DVD formats from replication to customized packaging. With significant amount of its products being exported to the USA, Australia and UK. FCML caters to the requirements of companies in both home entertainment & computer software space. In the computer software space we service companies such as HP, Sony Ericsson, Lenovo, HCL, Tally, Milestone Interactive etc. In the home entertainment space we service content companies and studios in India such as Saregama HMV, Tips, Times Music, Venus, Shemaroo, Eros Entertainment, Big Music / Big Video (Reliance Entertainment), Virgin EMI, Excel Home Videos, Yashraj Films, etc. Taking keen interest in technology. Am responsible for all the activities at FCML.

 Instrumental to team up and start a company in the early ages of the internet in India. Handled the sales and marketing operations as well overlooked design elements. Being a start-up the working was hands-on. Though by year 2000 we had a workforce of over 25 people including programmers and designers. Handled prestigious client portals like Tata Power, E-Sugar {Sugar trading}, Property Listing and two online shopping web sites. Worked with the client from the inception of the idea right through the complete development and handover. Was involved along with the client in interactions with venture capitalists for funding the web based projects.
