- Assisting patients upon arrival with checking in and checking out services. Providing assistance with medical forms and records.- Verifying attorney information for Personal injury cases, or insurance information.- Scheduling patients for treatment and doctors appointments. Handle all Spanish speaking clients assist with translation for doctor.- Prepare patient for treatment. Send patients out per doctors request for X-rays, MRI, CT-scans. Schedule - Referrals for Specialty doctors.- Answer all incoming phone calls and route to the appreciate parties. Handel emails and faxes. Keep tract of office inventory- In charge of opening and closing office procedures.

- Received payments.- Completes patient's intake forms and determines eligibility for patients' ability to pay or their qualification in assistance programs.- Schedules and confirms appointments and works closely with the back-office to ensure an efficient, and pleasant visit for our patients. Working with electronic health records and knowledge of Medi-Cal and insurance billing.- Assisting Optometry and Medical departments when help is needed.
