-Researched concepts of flow and solenoid valve speeds to make a model for the Air Force Research Lab.-Built a network of metallic tubing incorporated with pressure sensors for high speed pressurized air to flow through to collect data and test the concept of an environmental aging simulator.-Programmed Labview code to control air pressure in the environment simulator to align with the predicted models.-Used Solidworks assembly to assemble an updated calibration module for Air Force Research Lab

Communicated between the aerodynamics team and the composites team to modify the current design of the rear wing mount and replace it with a new swan neck mount.

-Designed, manufactured, and tested bandsaw tooling fixtures to correct precision of cut for L pipe in order for two seperate L pipes to connect for spot welding.-Designed S.T.E. for Kenworth and Peterbilt truck step box tack welding in order to reduce manpower from two technicians to one technician.-Reworked previous CAM programs for existing product assembly.-Designed, measured and installed customized exhaust kits for customer’s Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks.

-Utilized Solidworks to create drawings for use by workers in a factory setting and customers of Dynaflex.-Created 3D models in Solidworks of new products sold by Dynaflex and previous products with updated measurements.-Employed Solidworks Computer Aided Machining to program the company CNC to perform tool and tooling fixture setups for factory workers.
