Its turnover reached 4 billion € in 2023.Responsibilities:Management• Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and success of the consultants• Mobilize consultants in accordance with the appropriate skills needed in each project• Supervising the financial status of the activity• Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partnersSales• Ensuring the development of the business unit by defining a business plan & development strategy• Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers• Gathering new business leads in consulting at actual customers• Optimizing business profitability• Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)• Participating and realizing the redaction of offers, reporting, etc• Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actionsHR• Participating in the recruitment attracting policy• Selecting & recruiting new consultants for the team• Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training)
