This involved working closely with the ladder logic programmers to update their math model with calculations to vary shot flow to the blast wheels while inputting feedback from the process line sensors along with mechanical adjustment of the equipment to achieve desired throughput speeds of varying materials and finishes of the stainless.• Designed and Commissioned a Blast and Prime line for Marinette Marine Corporation (FINCANTIERI Marine Group subsidiary) that cleans and primes all incoming steel plate and shape prior to use in weldments and other structures produced by MMC including but not limited to the Littoral Combat Ships (LCS).
