- Provide technical assistance to national institutions regarding international standards in human rights and recommendations made to the State by the United Nations Human Rights Bodies. - Accompaniment and legal assistance to victims and their legal representatives regarding human rights violations. - Elaborate legal analysis and research regarding human rights issues such as women’s rights, human rights defenders, land defenders, indigenous communities, police brutality, and femicide, among others.- Examine domestic laws that conflict with international instruments to formulate recommendations for national institutions.

- Draft national legislation bills and reforms of existing laws for the prevention of corruption and its prosecution. - Provide technical and legal assistance regarding the interpretation and application of domestic law, international instruments, and jurisprudence in corruption cases known by MACCIH/OAS. - Prepare legal analysis and reports of the national legislation and international treaties ratified by Honduras relevant to the fight against corruption.

- Assist in the coordination of the workgroup for the drafting of the regulations for land transportation. - Collaborate in the elaboration of a work plan for the elimination of procedural delays with the aim to promote administrative simplification as a measure to reduce high levels of corruption. - Provide legal assistance and support for the design of the digital platform for administrative petitions.

- Assist the investigation, systematization, and elaboration of reports regarding democracy, rule of law, and human rights required by the Center of Investigation and Promotion of Human Rights (In Spanish CIPRODEH) such as an alternative proposal for the implementation of the Alliance for Prosperity Plan in the Northern Triangle; the level of implementation by the State of the recommendations given by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in Honduras after the 2009 Coup D’état; and, Honduras's provisional and precautionary measures ordered by the Inter-American System. - Assist in the investigation, systematization, and elaboration of the report on the recommendations in labor rights formulated to the State of Honduras by international bodies, published by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES).- Collaborate in the elaboration of a comparative analysis of the draft legislations of the free, prior, and informed consent, worked and socialized with different civil society groups. - Assist in the preparation of a workshop with feminist groups for the strategic litigation regarding the proscription of emergency contraceptive pills in Honduras. - Collaborate the elaboration of Unconstitutionality against Decree No. 130-2017 containing the Criminal Code, which was presented by the National Anticorruption Council.

- Systematize the provisional and precautionary measures ordered by the Inter-American System of Human Rights to Honduras.- Participate in the technical delegation of the State in the VII Summit of the Americas (OAS); the X Meeting of National Coordinators of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and XLII Meeting of Senior Officials of the CELAC – European Union (EU).- Prepare reports and assist in the logistics required for the participation of Honduran high authorities in international summits and forums. - Manage official communication sent by international organizations, to maintain active participation of Honduras on international forums. - Coordinate with other governmental institutions the official visits made by members of international organizations.
