Serving as the Vice - Chairman to Board of Directors of Agape Development Ministries, a Non Governmental Organization working in Nakuru, Siaya and Kisumu Counties, Kenya Strategic planning and organizational development. Advising, together with the board team, the CEO on policy, structure and personnel issues

▪ Coordinate organizational beneficiaries, staff , volunteers and partners including government agencies in the pursuit and fulfillment of organizational vision and mission. ▪ Mobilize the communities within the region to convene local forums and events within the annual calender to address stigmatization, risky rituals and care for the marginalized and the HIV infected. Such forum include HIV and AIDS conferences, economic livelihood trainings/seminars, Spiritual/socio-emotional development camps/conferences/trainings ▪ Lead Trainer for organization's training approaches for the internal staff and volunteers, partners’ workers, as well as government school teachers and peer leaders in the management of schools' and community's Drug abuse and HIV prevention programs.▪ Facilitate the development of resource materials suitable for educating children and youth on spiritual nurture, social development, HIV-related issues, drug abuse, economic empowerment among others. ▪ Teaching Drug addiction and HIV/AIDS life skills to children, youth and adults/parents in schools/colleges and in the community.▪ Networking and Collaboration with other like-minded partners on Spiritual nurture, Drug addiction and HIV/AIDS issues.▪ Initiate new approaches to spiritual nurture, socio-emotional development and economic empowerment.▪ Resource mobilization for various regional activities and events.

▪ A co-founder of GASDA, a Christian community based organization working among western Kenyan children and youth to help reduce local addiction & HIV prevalence rates and mainly strengthen their hope in Christ.▪ Coordinate the teaching of Drug addiction and HIV/AIDS related life skills to children and youth in 18 primary schools, 7 secondary schools and 5 colleges in Uasin Gishu district as well as 13 primary schools and 5 high schools in Transnzoia district.▪ Formulation of HIV and Drug addiction policies through active involvement in periodic policy formulation and debate forums.▪ Research, implementation and evaluation of programme designs suitable for use among children, youth and women.▪ Raising funds for the various activities and events directly related to our work.
