In late 2011 I was asked to take on responsibility for Consona's Service Gateway product because of my deep experience in the domain. In this role I worked closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to: • triage open issues;• research telecoms environment;• make strategic decisions about product roadmap;• meet with customers to learn their priorities and to present our vision;• champion the product internally and externally.This work was done alongside my role in Services & Support.

In this role I focused on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. The key actions I took were:• brought together both support and services teams in the region to better respond to the needs of customers, making the best use of each team member's time and skills. • instituted bi-weekly calls with customers to review the status of their implementation and prioritize any follow-up work. • coordinated quarterly business reviews with key accounts.• liaised with marketing to build monthly campaigns around ways customers could use our products.Through these initiatives I was able to retain existing customers and protect our maintenance base. Positive customer satisfaction also led to steady services business through implementation of new product releases and customizations. This in turn led to high utilization of the team and solid margins in the region.

I led an international team of consultants who delivered and supported Consona (formerly SupportSoft) software with Telecommunications and Cable companies throughout EMEA. I was responsible for the regional business costs and margins, managing customer relationships, and liaising with sales on new opportunities. My role also entailed presenting technical solutions to customers and managing projects for one of our largest accounts in the region.Key Achievements • Attained regional profitability in January 2009; • Delivered $3.5M worth of projects in 2009 with greater than 50% margin; • Adapted project methodology to leverage offshore resources (Canada, India) while delivering locally; • Successfully led the team through Consona’s acquisition of SupportSoft (July 2009).

I led a team of consultants that delivered SupportSoft software to clients throughout Europe. I was responsible for aligning the costs with the revenue while ensuring our technical deliveries were still high quality.Key Achievements• Relocated to Belgium by SupportSoft to accelerate growth of the region;• Achieved Pinnacle Club 2006 (recognizes top Sales or Services individual in each region);• Implemented delivery methodologies (both Agile and traditional).

SupportSoft (NASDAQ: SPRT) was a leading provider of Real-Time Service Management (RTSM™) and Remote Device Management software solutions. As a Solutions Architect, I was responsible for working with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements, document the design, coordinate the development, and deliver the solution.

Core Networks Inc. was the leading provider of OSS software for the data-over-cable industry prior to its acquisition in September, 2004. As an early member of the Core Networks product development team, I focused on improving processes and facilitating the growth of the group through several rounds of venture capital. I held multiple titles during my time at Core Networks, culminating in the role of Product Release Manager where I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the release of our software to customers.

I worked on Dymaxion's Medianet product. I was responsible for testing software changes, performing peer code reviews, and adapting the product using Digital Command Language (DCL), DEC Basic, and Perl.
