In recent years, I have dedicated myself to work on financial, corporate and governance restructuring for small and medium-sized companies, in addition to actively participating in M&A and turnaroud processes.During my career, I gained experience in national and multinational companies in the segments of Independent Auditing, Business Consulting, Publishing, Urban Development, Real Estate, IT, Distribution, Electronics, Food, Tobacco, Services, Biodiesel, Automotive, Entertainment and Retail.I have mastery of Corporate and Tax Law, in addition to solid economic, financial and accounting knowledge, a broad view of business, processes and systems, a mastery obtained through acting in the Financial areas (including structuring operations involving Investment Funds), Accounting (General Accounting , Cost, Management Reporting, USGAAP and IFRS) and Tax.I have extensive knowledge in import and export processes (European and North American markets), with extensive experience in tax incentive and exemption laws, which allowed me to facilitate logistics processes (physical structuring of the operation, negotiation with suppliers, freight and insurance, shipping and customs clearance), covering air, sea and road transport, either alone or in combination.In all the companies where I worked, either as an Executive or as a consultant, I was always in charge of coordinating audit and due diligence work in the acquisition/sale of companies, as well as the preparation of feasibility studies and the development of Business Plan that made possible both projects for the implementation of companies, as well as for expansion or sale.For more than 2 years I worked as commercial director (publishing branch).I have fluency in English and good knowledge of Spanish.I was an instructor for Internal and External Courses as a PWC professional.I am the author of scientific works in the areas of accounting, controllership, tax and entrepreneurship.
