Lead a collaborative of interfaith and community service organizations with over 50 years of commitment to social justice and community resilience by:- Organizing and deploying a process of articulating strategic and identity expression\- Strengthen and encourage relationships and opportunities for resource development through individual, corporate, public, and faith-based relations- Oversee a diverse community engagement work for food access and security, including the largest food pantry initiatives in the Capital Region of New York State, over 2 acres of community urban farming, and a Summer Meals program for children and youth in Schenectady- Develop safe, productive and welcoming spaces for all who live and work in Schenectady
