I served as the High Performance Computing (HPC) project manager at the University of Tlemcen, where I played a key role in drafting the technical specifications for the HPC tender document for the university, as well as the national tender document in collaboration with the Algerian Directorate General of Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) as the Project Manager of the "Intensive Computing Technical Platform". I oversaw the entire process of acquisition, installation, and commissioning of scientific equipment for the benefit of an HPC Intensive Computing Unit and Data Center for the University of Tlemcen.Furthermore, I actively participated in various meetings and events organized by the DGRSDT on high-performance computing, such as the national symposium on scientific computing in January 2012 in Oran (as a member and rapporteur of the HPC & Physics session), and as a member of the steering committee for the Awareness and Visibility Workshop on High Performance Computing in Sidi Bel Abbès in 2014, as part of the Algerian-French partnership on modeling and numerical simulation.

I served as the focal point at the University of Tlemcen under the Support Program for Sectoral Reform in Higher Education and Scientific Research (PAPS-ESRS) for outcome R6: "Achieving alignment between education and employment and bridging the gap between universities and businesses."Throughout the five years of the first phase of this program, I participated in numerous training sessions led by experts and also conducted training sessions at the University of Tlemcen on the theme of aligning education with employment and fostering university-business relationships. Additionally, I provided several strong contributions or recommendations regarding the national roadmap to be implemented for institutionalizing university-business relationships and the action plan required to achieve the objectives of this outcome.

Conducted a research study on "Advancing Entrepreneurial Universities in Africa", this study was a review of existing efforts towards building entrepreneurial universities in Africa. It has been commissioned by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) as part of a five-country study. The findings from this study will inform UNECA and Entrepreneurship Development in Higher Education (EDHE) investments, efforts, and time to promote entrepreneurship. The work was not designed to assess the enterprising efforts of the university but rather a review of how the institution is positioned to promote and nurture the development of an entrepreneurial university.
