Manages and develops a team of 11 talent acquisition professionals. Provides subject matter expertise on staffing to infrastructure operations leader across North America. Partners with recruiting team and the business to create effective recruiting strategies, conducts market analysis, and drives change management in order to deliver first class hiring practices and attract top talent.

Primary point of contact for senior business, HR and Recruiting leaders within Infrastructure. Partners with clients to provide recruiting strategies, change management, and recruiting metrics to effectively assess and hire top talent in to the organization.

A leadership centric position requiring effective time management, team building, analytic, and communication skills. Responsible for analyzing work forecasts to determine productivity and personnel requirements to support and achieve overall department and building objectives. Partner with other Area Managers and staff to ensure goals are achieved. Cultivate an environment of innovation and safety amongst all associates; serves as the primary proponent for all safety programs and OSHA compliance. Proactively identifies and leads process improvement initiatives.
