Public-Private Strategic Partnerships for Education Multisectoral Consortium Research & Implementation Project.The position involved Data Collection, Management and Analysis for Monitoring and Evaluation in Education Multisectoral ConsortiumSuccessfully co-managed a 3 year budget of USD 30,000,000 involving a team of 5 expatriates and 300 local staff in 5 countries in collection, preparation, analysis, and archiving data for the Integrated East and Central Africa Strategic Public-Private Partnerships in Education Multisectoral Consortium Coordination in ASALS Education Systems. Training the project staff on the Education M&E Systems of the project, and implementing project activities including consolidation of work plans, budgets and procurement plans for the programme to the national and International plansParticipating in micro-projects in Education Multisectoral design and implementation, analysis of M&E data to produce quarterly and annual progress reports for submission to development partners in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, DRC, and Rwanda.Conducting training needs assessment and organizing training workshops for all staff in the area of Data Management for M&E. Trained over 300 project staff and more than 500,000 project participants within 5 countries.Networking with stakeholder organizations to review and update the Education Multisectoral Consortium System and Instruments.
