An exciting new venture for me, starting my business in recruitment and creating 'Indesure Recruitment'. I work with Global Insurance companies, SME's and Brokers, and have built fantastic relationships. I've successful placed candidates across the market and plan on expanding over the next few years. I look forward to seeing the growth of the company.

Once returning from travelling round South East Asia (the best time of my life!) I went on the work with the OPRA group where I was given reign to build my own desk, I went on to specialize in Insurance recruitment. In my first 360 role, I quickly learned the ropes of business development and successfully brought global-sized companies into the business. The skills and experiences I gained during this time were invaluable and have shaped my career.

I moved to Nuco Solutions after an amazing 6 years with Classroom Teachers. I was looking for a new challenge and to learn a new industry. I dealt with a range of clients, mostly within the construction industry. This was a fast paced environment, handling a temp and perm desk. This definitely enhanced my recruitment skills, dealing with a new industry and new clients. After a year I left to go travelling for 4 months around South East Asia.

After leaving school in 2015, I found my first recruitment job with Classroom Teachers. I started off within administration and compliance (reference chasing, DBS checks etc). I quickly moved on to candidate resourcing, finding suitable Teachers, Tutors and more. This became very natural to me and I moved on to run my own desk, managing clients and placing SEN tutors. I enjoyed the responsibility of managing clients and found recruitment to be something that I would like to continue to pursue.
