• Partner with business leaders, executives, and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategies.• Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; manage candidates through the life cycle of the recruiting process; partner with HR and hiring managers to create offers; provide a seamless handover to HR and operations for onboarding.• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products.• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in the Sunpro environment.• Track candidate progresses in our ATS (ADP) and provide regular reporting to hiring managers and leaders.• Develop strong working relationships and rapport with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes.• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity.

• Evaluate candidate applications for minimum qualifications and prescreen qualified, competitive candidates• Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the employment verification process and monitor applicant status via business partner’s website• Collect offer letters/term-sheets,I-9form,E-Verify,payrollforms,and company policy manual acknowledgement• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, socialmedia etc• Track candidates in ATS (workday)• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge , skills , soft skills experience and aptitudes• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices•Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team• Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work
