• End to End delivery of process training to new hires as per process plan & of process update and change management as per client/process requirement.• Providing training MIS.• Establish Positive Connect with the team and ensuring high retention and throughput of the batches.• Reviewing Process Fall Plan and revising training plotter. • Maintaining BPMS Compliance.• Presenting bi monthly WRM.• Maintaining Positive Client Relationship.• Driving Retention with the Team and the Training Batches.• Driving and working with team members to upskill them.• Conducting Monthly one to one for trainers aligned along with RTR and share report with upline manager.
