Provided financial expert advisory services to senior executives to stabilize and "operationalize" the financial deal shape of large and complex projects.Accomplishments: Built the Shared Service Centre consisting of 60 team members including 8 managers, headed the implementation of SAP and Internal Controls (SOX) achieving 100% compliance each year; directly influenced the career development for team members resulting in 20 promotions in 2 years
