I spoke with customers via phone and online chat to resolve their questions related to their vehicle purchases. I was also tasked with managing website tasks, like updating the new vehicle photos and descriptions.

I was on the phone working as a caseworker connection for beneficiaries of the Michigan benefits system. I would answer questions and direct their call to the appropriate party if I was not able to help them myself. Our services included name and address changes, checking their benefits, informing them of information needed to be submitted to receive their benefits, and much more.

I responded to alarm signals by dispatching the police, fire department, or medical help to their location depending on the alarm. I also notified the homeowners or their families about the emergency that took place. When there were no alarms I was in charge of going into the SIMS database and making changes to customer accounts.

I scanned important legal documentation and filed it electronically into our database as well as answering the phones, transferring and handling client concerns, organizing and mailing confidential documents, and handling important payment interactions.
