• Line managing the team’s BA4 offshore resource• Tracking the Continuous Improvement budget of £4.6m against forecast and ensuring it lands on budget• Taking responsibility for the entire payments process in Digital from raising PO’s (200+ YTD) to approving invoices (600+ YTD), best in class, excellent turnover and zero/minimal aged debt invoices and out of governance PO’s• Streamlining processing by adopting smarter ways of working. Automated the Digital Purchase Card process, Digital Travel process and Digital Demand challenge process from manual to SharePoint based, whilst learning how to use Sharepoint, thus immediately improving efficiency and simplifying process altogether • Engaging with suppliers and building effective relationships through regular communication/meetings• Maintaining and updating monthly costs across digital banking and reporting numbers to leadership via DBLT pack• Managing the education process to all product owners/Digital colleagues on all process/polices relating to Business Costs and 3rd Party Engagement• Successfully closing down the Navigator system (time recording) for Digital and transferring the Managed Services contractor’s PO’s c20m to Ops &Tech• Managing and tracking Digital headcount and understanding the impacts of hiring, attrition and exit decisions. As well as ensuring joiners/leavers procedures are followed correctly in adherence of HR rules• Being nominated for “Star of Digital Award 2017” for consistently going above and beyond the call of duty

• Supporting in the management of the project finances for Digital Banking, accounting for budget c.£80m (Total cost of digital) • Preparing accurate and insightful, reporting and commentary to support senior management with decision making• Managing monthly charging process of digital resources back to projects across PCB and seen as Go To person• Reviewing, challenging costs, tracking to budget and flagging any opportunities or risks• Supporting Business areas such as Mortgages, Business Banking on finances
