I have a passion for learning and teaching through many different sources of median and inspiration. Currently I am exercising this skill set in the realm of personal styling and fashion merchandising but I believe you can train, teach and develop the fundamentals of design through many different experiences. I enjoy a challenge and take great pleasure in training and developing other people to their full potential. This is what inspires me the most. My goal in life and career is to always develop and adapt to change. My roles as a Field Visual Merchandiser and Senior Stylist has taught me to always be ready to adapt to change and develop the teams around you to be flexible as well. I take great pride in knowing I developed a team of individuals who takes pride in their work and does the right thing even when no one is looking. I also have a passion for demographics research, trend analysis and developing inventory strategies. I enjoy making data driven decisions and collaborating with a team to have that a-ha moment that unlocks the solution to a problem that ultimately delivers growth oriented results and profitability within a department or throughout the organization. My ultimate goal right now is to open myself up to new opportunities and experiences that will help me to balance career, family and creativity.
