I have comprehensively covered world events including the G20 Summit held in Brisbane in late 2014, where I have had to work to tight deadlines daily. I have gathered, written and edited packages and had extensive experience doing live on-air crosses as well as maintaining an active social media presence for big stories and events.At Channel 7 Brisbane, I was required to cover a variety of stories including crime, politics and health rounds, as well as fun pieces such as fashion, entertainment and human interest pieces.

I spent four years working as a journalist for a metropolitan news service in Queensland, filing multiple stories daily for the nightly news.I also presented the state-wide news bulletin on several occasions, and gained extensive experience working on Ten’s morning shows for 12 months.
