I am currently the Vice President of Sales and Operations of The L&R Group. I have over 25 years of experience in management and sales as well as an extensive history in transportation, hazardous waste hauling, as well as disposal for all waste streams. With several years of experience in the Oil field, I am very knowledgeable in all aspects of oil field work, whether it be oil hauling, production water hauling, hot shot runs, environmental health and safety, etc. I pride myself in finding ways to solve any and all problems a customer may have. I have over 25 years of experience in health and safety as an EMT/Paramedic Instructor and CPR/First Aid and AED Instructor not only for the United States Army, but in the civilian world as well. My top priority is not only making sure our staff are fully trained in every aspect of safety, it is also to make sure that they are responsible for our customers' safety on the job site and making sure everyone goes home at the end of the day. My top priority each day is to facilitate a safe and friendly work environment which allows all branches of The L&R Group to work together cohesively and compliment each other in the workforce. I work very hard to take care of all relationships not only with staff, but with our customers. Communication is vital to the success of any company and any project or job we are on. You will often find me on the job with her crews, spot checking safety, working alongside staff, and making sure we are taking care of every aspect of customer needs.
