As a Dispatcher I can accurately pass details of 9-1-1 calls.I send the appropriate emergency ambulance to the scene as fast as possible with as much information as I can get. Knowing that speed and accuracy is vital to the patient, I am very careful in my details that are required for each run.While the crew is on its way, I will still be passing further essential details so paramedics can go straight into action when they reach the scene.Very good at multitasking a several line phone, as well as dispatching ambulette vehicles, all while maintaining the office as the sole employee.I am able to remain calm, clear and in control, especially in emergency situations. I know the appropriate responses, no matter the situation.I track and monitor situations by phone and radio, and respond to any situations reported by those in the field.
