Current•Accurately accession patient specimens daily with high attention to detail into a clinical Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) database resulting in having an error rate below 2%•Successfully delegate tasks to seven other team members to ensure prioritization of mission-critical tasks are completed daily•Creates an enjoyable work atmosphere with coworkers by always keeping a positive attitude and making sure work is as exciting as possible, all while maintaining professionalism, resulting in receiving an award for keeping the workplace fun•Regularly record comprehensive meeting notes in Outlook on a weekly basis, and promptly send out a concise summary email to the entire department compromising 27 people•Optimized workflow to create a more efficient workday resulting in a reduction of time to obtain sought content within Microsoft documents
