Scheduling of all tasks to be performed by the fabrication shop. Create and close work orders. Create BOM, enter routing steps with planned time hours. Material planning and ordering. Reading and understanding drawings. Communicate closely with engineering, records, QC and Tech Ops. Communicate with other companies to outsource parts for various processes that we can not perform in house. Move and store parts in correct cages.

Train new employees how to properly and safely perform all jobs on the line. HACCP trained, back up supervisor, pinning room operator, chiller operator. First processing cut and trimming poultry.
