For the past 10 years I have helped run a pack and ship store with partnerships with USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL. We were able to obtain year over year growth while exceeding expected growth patterns. I love working in customer facing roles as my customer service skills are one of my best qualities.At this point in my career, I am looking to transition into a Customer Success Manager position.
