Oversee implementation of project management tools and techniques with Global Youth Serving Non-Profits (YSNP's) and partner with volunteers and in-kind providers to provide training, assessment and coaching for staff and youth. Research opportunities for additional partnerships and implement youth strategies within YSNP's through identification and sharing of best practices. Support the ongoing connection and meeting of nonprofits around the globe to share and exchange best practices in project management among YSNP's with a focus on improving performance for all partners.

Lead high impact projects across the College as part of a $12 million transformational change initiative focusing to improve the student experience, revise business processes and develop technical solutions to facilitate student retention, completion and graduation. Manage and align multiple complex projects concurrently with 12 - 15 working teams impacting multiple units to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule and quality. This includes root cause analysis; business process modeling, analysis, documentation; defining strategy and requirements to achieve successful outcomes; troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Maintain effective and open lines of communication with all the teams and Executive Leadership to ensure projects remains congruent with the goals of the College, change is managed effectively and there is widespread adoption.

Provided advising, internship and employment coaching to students. Developed and facilitate soft skill workshops focusing on critical thinking, communication and self-management to address employer identified soft skills gap for students entering the workforce. Conducted environment scan of current activities related to internships college-wide and developed internship best practices for the College.Co-managed a college-wide, cross functional team focused on allowing students to have personalized education plans. This teams efforts directly contributed to the College receiving a $3 million Department of Education Title III grant.

Established trusted and positive working relationships with senior management that allowed for effective advising and guidance for HR matters supporting decision making and people management. Managed organizational changes, staff training, and performance management system which included coaching of supervisors through the review and development process in a manner that fostered employee engagement and evaluated and eliminated risk. Created a core competency model and development plans for all staff, and managed organizational diversity and inclusion efforts that positively increased candidate diversity and retention.Provided support and staff leadership to the 12 member HR Advisory Board comprised of community executive leaders who were key thinkers and thought leaders in the human resources space.Served as a representative on the Madison Area Diversity Roundtable and the City of Madison EOC Employment Committee.

Managed and supported a team of 20+ volunteers and AmeriCorps members who connected community members calling with a variety of health and human service needs to available resources. Managed holiday programs that provided Thanksgiving meal baskets and gifts for approximately 2,000 families each year which included partnering with several different community based organizations and volunteers. Maintained a database of over 1,000 different community resources.
