For the last 8 years I have worked in various roles as a business system analyst and IT project manager. I have lead development of new software application system for customer facing order management. I've worked as a liaison between other business functions and the IT function to manage system change requests, and IT projects.  Strengths include; analyzing or structuring business processes, coordinating work and communications on IT projects, work on systems documentation, and testing.  I am self directed, my last position was remote and I am open to working remotely. I have fostered special projects to build dashboards and applications in SharePoint to streamline various business functions business processes. My business philosophy has a strong emphasis for communication and  collaboration.  To incorporate standard best practices for continuous improvement (lean/6 Sigma) and change management for better project outcomes and future sustainment of IT business systems. I take a balanced approach. Of thinking strategically. To develop a roadmap and build in scalability. But also, focused on tactical, effective execution, by establishing a framework of best practices.
