As an AF reservist I assisted with planning, organizing and directing ground and flight training activities.Maintained control and accountability for Privacy Act, Official Use Only and Personaly Identifiable Information. Reviewed post mission flight training reports for accuracy. Initiated actions to support aviation flight records, files, and reports. Managed training resources for ground and flight training and monitored individual flight training requirements.

Ensured unit compliance with information management in accourdance with Public Law, Department of Defense and Air Force mandates. Oversaw daily workflow, content management (AF Portal, Share Point site administration and Microsoft Office), and both paper and electronic records management functions. Provided trainig to units regarding knowledge-based operations enviornment and its ciritcality to mission accomplishment. Managed distribution center for incoming/outgoing mail, and maintained spreadsheet tracking certified packages for Military Personnel Flight. Tracked performance reports, awards and decorations for Mission Support Squadron.
