Ensure that SOP's, cGMP's, safety rules and OSHA regulations are observed through out the plant.➖Coordinate any and all samples and testing of product and approve of reject the resulting data.➖Ensure that all quality standards are adhered to and work closely with Production/Packaging Management to remediate any issues that arise on shift.➖Work with Directors and other managers to schedule workforce to support production plams. Meet with supervisor(s) on other shifts to communicate status, issues, and/ or problems➖Follow DEA guidelines on the security, storage, handling. and testing of scheduled drugs. Troubleshoot and solve problems and issues that arise with equipment and material.➖Manage employees issues and attend to employees needs. Discussion displinary action with shoft lead and / or shift superintendent and deliver any disciplinary action when necessary.➖Attend and actively participate in all safety training meetings, technically or GMP training sessions or other communications meetings.
