I have been with JPMorgan Chase for two years. Throughout my time with the company, I have quickly learned the skills needed to succeed in multiple job positions. I began my career with Chase as a part-time Teller, while finishing my degree at Grand Valley State University. Shortly before graduation, I was offered a promotion. I began working full-time in my new position as Lead Teller and Operations Specialist immediately after graduation. While working in this position, I was able to both apply and enhance my organizational skills as well as my skill set around operational controls. Helping to promote knowledge and efficiency, I was able to assist in coaching and developing other members of the teller team. After three months in this role, I was promoted to the position that I currently hold as a Personal Banker. In this position, my efficiency in communication as well as my outgoing personality, have helped me flourish.
