My responsibilities in this role include:- Processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner to ensure all payments are made before the final due date.- System administration; including creating and editing training courses and knowledge tests on the system, which may be available for all colleagues in the Society.- New starter administration; including importing new starters onto the learning system, arranging for new starters to attend onboarding sessions.- Running the department inbox; being the first point of contact for many Learning & Development queries and actioning these in a timely manner.- MI and reporting for the department and the wider business when required.
