My name is Amber Cupido, a young woman, eager to take on more of the world of work. I love to learn new things and experience new things. I love nature. I enjoy reading, baking, creating things with my hands and spending time with my loved ones. I am a go-getter and always aim for the best in everything I do. I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new things, which means I will be able to contribute something capable to the growth of the company. All of these factors combined to make me confident that I will be a valuable asset to your team.As for my experience, mainly in the corporate sector, at a well-established organisation with 400 employees. To summarise the experience, I did quarterly training reports, where I collect all my evidence of the training that I organised. I assisted with drawing up an annual training plan. I arranged training committee meetings where I am on the panel to discuss the problems within the development of the staff. I also work with performance appraisals throughout the year, where I occasionally assist managers. I report on this as well and this ultimately aids me in creating the training plan, by acknowledging the training needs of each employee. I also deal with the bursaries that organisation allocates to the staff annually. I have experience with training service providers and liaising with them to organise a training for our staff, with the assistance of the procurement department. I worked mainly in payroll, training and development as well as leave and absenteeism. I assisted in labour, employment equity and recruitment where it was needed. I briefly went on training for SAGE 300 People but worked for more than a year on the SAGE VIP system. I did various administrative duties in each section within the HR Department, which included writing reports monthly/quarterly.I have a passion for HR and admin. I can easily adapt to change. I love working with people and learning new things. I am extremely detail oriented and organised. I like to bring my own initiatives as well.
