Administrative Assistant
CurrentMaintaining commercial aircraft is a big job. The company I work for takes care of aircraft for flight schools, skydiving companies, aerial photography companies, aerial applicators, as well as private aircraft. It is imperative to have the necessary paperwork in place before planes may be released from the shop for flight. My skills in time management, computers and technology and organization, paired with diligence, allow for this to happen in an expedited manner. Some of my other duties include, but are not limited to, sorting through all incoming and outgoing correspondence, invoicing, preparing books for month-end, ordering, and receiving parts, answering, and directing telephone calls, data entry, and maintaining an elevated level of customer service.I am confident that I am an asset to the aviation industry and look forward to continued successes within it.
