Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of 2 family owned Funeral Chapels, including recruiting, hiring, team development and retention. As well as, ensuring consumer satisfaction, business development including expansion, marketing with a focus on service, education, branding, and community involvement. Additional duties encompass all areas of finance, AR/AP, payroll, etc.

In addition to my responsibilities of developing and managing my own Family Service Director teams, I serve as the Company's Leader of Leaders; assisting in the development of Team Leaders (Sales Directors) - aiding in the securing of new accounts as well as hiring training and maintaining their own Family Service Director teams.

Helping independently owned funeral homes increase market share thru the use of various avenues of marketing, to educate their communities on the benefits of Advanced Planning. As well as recruiting, hiring, training and maintaining dedicated teams of Family Service Directors to secure future market share through the sales of insurance.
