• Process all mandatory and voluntary deductions such as garnishments, savings plan contributions, HSA contributions, etc.• Work with ADP to ensure that taxes and garnishment payments are made to the correct agencies.• Process pay progressions, purchase deductions, enter all maintenance changes for employees, process disability payments.• Process weekly payroll for 9 locations through ADP Vantage by set deadline.• Answer questions on time and attendance and pay related issues. • Ability to create, maintain and run reports from HRIS system and through an Access database as needed for various needs and departments in the company.• Calculate hours for pension calculation requests and process pension paperwork.• Maintain confidentiality of all information.

- Provide customer service and support to members\vendors on the department product lines.- Arrange and maintain Market information for vendors; initiate and review market bulletins, collect and assess drop ship order forms, analyze market totals and bill vendors for market-related activities.- Offer support to RSC\inventory staff: dispositions, return goods authorizations, stock checks, investigate and resolve UPC and order mult. issues.- Maintain product images and descriptions on the Do it Best catalog- Use various tools to communicate content to vendors and members, such as: SharePoint, Merchandising Update, department newsletters, truck mail and Outlook.
