I'm currently looking for a position that will allow me to focus on my strongest skills in provider credentialing- process improvement- training- compliance- among additional responsibilities. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and have excellent customer service skills. I'm additionally eager to learn any new skills that could help me grow and build on my current skills. I have worked over 20 years in healthcare, starting as a CNA doing direct patient care in 1995 to my current position as a Competency Coordinator. having experienced positions in Medical Records, Nurse and Provider: Scheduling, Payroll, Compliance, Licensure, Education, Administrative duties, Manager support as well as in a Human Resources and Recruiting capacity.My knowledge of provider credentialing, delegated credentialing, process improvement, compliance, timekeeping, interpreting union contracts, etc, is vast. Though I still learn more everyday.Additionally I work proficiently in, and am familiar with several types of software. Including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, MD Staff, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Credentialing Verification Systems, Kronos, Crimson, Taleo, Concur and many additional software systems and applications.
