Licensed through the state of Minnesota to provide care for up to 12 children per day, ages ranging between 6 weeks to 10 years. Care includes but is not limited to:Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and snack daily. Assistance in the bathroom if needed, diaper changes (if appliable). Individual attention, care and comfort per child. Additional tasks associated with owning and operating my own business include but are not limited to:Meal planning and preparing. Daily submission for the food program through Milestones, accounting/bookkeeping (income recording as well as tracking and logging business expenses for taxes). Planning, preparing and executing daily circle time, weekly themed preschool curriculum and associated activities and crafts. Creating and enforcing rules and policies for families and myself to abide by. Effectively communicating with parents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Effective communication with clients over the phone. Answer the phone and resolve customer issues. Answer question and or concerns the clients has. Take payments over the phone, meet with customers, discuss their policies. Write new insurance policies for new clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Effective communication with clients over the phone. Making cold calls and leaving voicemails on a daily basis. Write new insurance policies. Follow up with new and existing clients, resolve any dilemmas that arise. Answer question and or concerns the clients has. Maintain record of new policies written on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
