I am an unapologetic heart-centered professional driven by the desire to create a more beautiful world that I believe is possible. I live out my passion through empowering and supporting individuals on their journeys to greater wellness through individual counseling and coaching, and working with organizations, institutions, and businesses to create cultures that support the well-being of their employees. Helping people to slow down and reconnect with their authentic selves, through nature, mindfulness, breathwork, the enneagram, CBT, and deep listening, is my jam!You will often find me networking and making connections to empower others to recognize their strengths and find their “village.” I believe all of us are connected at a cellular level and the more we notice, strengthen, and value this connection, which includes developing empathy, the more likely we are to experience love and take the necessary steps to move our society forward towards equity and justice. We have much work to do around dismantling systems of oppression and inequity, but when each of us understands how it impacts our own wellness because of this universal connection, we grow the collective sense of urgency to do the hard work of systems change.I am also a Youth Mental Health First Aid trainer and offer professional development and consultation in the areas of trauma informed schools; the community school strategy; understanding mental health needs of students, parents, & staff; building resiliency; Social Emotional Learning; and quality youth development programming. Helping others to build awareness and skills in these areas brings me joy and so much satisfaction!
