• Maintain Annual Sales projections 18 months out; Increased monthly revenues by 100K• Responsible for all aspects of HR management and recruitment.• Familiar with all aspects of budget maintenance to ensure that all resources are managed effectively and within budgetary constraints. • Direct contact for 100 plus clients daily• Monitor and evaluate staff utilizing coaching and reflective supervision to ensure performance measures are obtained according to their professional development plans and individual job descriptions.• Daily supervision of 30+ team members• Organize and conduct semi annual company wide training's for 100 staff members. • Organize monthly training's as needed for staff refreshers, team building or assistance in implementing new policies or regulations.• Market program at local festivals, park district’s and fairs. Plan and implement open houses, and events.• Utilize spreadsheets to track spending, enrollments, attendance and inquiry activity.• Calendar and Schedule management Meticulous maintenance of DCFS polices and procedures• Responsible for licensing through new ownership and ensuring that we pass all inspections involving City of Chicago, DCFS, and their affiliates; Plumbing, ventilation, electrical etc.
