• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the workflow of the department and branch operations• Participate in the operational testing, reporting, and communications necessary for new products, services, and system upgrades• Responsible for the preparation of analyses and reports for department and branch management• Maintain Operations policies and procedures through regular assessment, review, and revision• Foster educational support and effective, open communication with all Credit Union employees• Gather and analyze data while tracking additional metrics to ensure Operational Excellence throughout branches• Create innovative training content, including an interactive podcast to enhance learning and development for all employees• Utilize numerous computer software systems to extract data, create reports, and present information• Execute special projects as assigned

• Process standard teller transactions for members including cashing checks, balancing cash drawers, servicing accounts, correcting discrepancies• Oversee lobby area, greeting incoming members and respond to incoming requests for information• Use and work in multiple software systems to effectively assist members needs• Uphold a high degree of integrity and confidentiality while dealing with highly sensitive information• Maintain effective communication with all Credit Union employees and members to ensure accuracy and efficiency• Perform a variety of administrative duties and other duties pertinent to the success of the branch
