My career has seen me in every operational role in a school, from office manager to network director of operations. This diverse experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of operations. I transitioned my knowledge to manage grants for charter and non-traditional schools for the State of Tennessee and to launch a start-up program for the Department of Choice. I've led teams of various sizes, and my strong problem-solving skills have always been complemented by my ability to build relationships.

Successfully relaunched the Education Savings Account Program in the State of Tennessee within four weeks of legislation passingHired and onboarded 15 plus staff members, including two directors, within six months of program launch Managed disbursement of over 18 million in funding within first two program yearsLiaised with the Governor's Office to create high-level memos and data summaries regarding program implementationExpanded program from 500 applicants to over 3,000 applicants in two years of programming
