Worked in the social services field since 2008, obtained an associate’s degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati (UC). Since then, has earned a Master’s degree in Social Work Administration from UC, as well as a LSW license in 2010. Experience as a Director of Customer Care with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Team Building, and Problem Solution driven. I have held various positions throughout the current agency Addiction Services Council with a recent promotion for Director of Compliance & Training and has continued growing professionally in administration work, also receiving a Professional Project Manager certificate from UC. Previous work includes working for Clermont County Job and Family Services, Clermont Counseling Center, ACT Center and community homeless shelters. I joined the Addiction Services Council in 2010.
