I worked at Bangor Tavern from January 2015 to November 2015, but went back in 2020 during COVID to assist the management team and was also an enthusiastic COVID marshal. Was great to be back at one of my old venues and serving beers again!

My various roles at Easts involved being that friendly face who welcomed you to the club and informed you of the various activities and promotions on offer. You'd find me greeting guests at the door or behind the desk carrying out daily administration duties. Easts to win!

This was my most rewarding Early Education Role.Karimbla was a lovely workplace with great staff and wonderful families.I worked here as the Assistant Director and 2-3yrs Room Leader. I thoroughly enjoyed all of my duties here and learnt a lot about the early childhood industry administration side of things, as well as the process of going through assessment and rating for ACEQUA.

A dear friend of mine went on a long four month honeymoon so I was asked to cover her role as ECT during this time for a small long day care and early education centre. I loved this centre so much and worked with some wonderful families. With only ten children in my class per day, I worked independently but was supported by the director when necessary.

Miranda Hotel will forever have my heart.I began my time here as a quiet yet confident promotions worker - walking along the beach handing out flyers and putting names down on guestlists for the weekend which was Carmens.I then progressed to being our door host for many, many years and became a well-known face within the Sutherland Shire nighttime scene. My hosting duties then went a step further as I took on our Friday night meat raffles and wheel prizes. However, I was more than just a pretty face in a black dress. I moved into the bar where my skills truly shone and I eventually became senior bartender and trained staff over my 7 years of service. Speedy, efficient and confident - I was a bartender with attitude and loved having fun behind the bar. As time moved on, I dabbled in cellar operations and assisted with gaming and bistro duties when required. I also hosted our pool comp nights in the last few years of my time at Miranda Hotel and developed a loyal bunch of regulars.We hosted many events throughout the years and I was very enthusiastic and helpful during these times, usually helping to set-up and pack down functions as well as helping source decorations to help with themes. I put my heart and soul into everything I did, especially our beach volleyball team.Miranda Hotel was great to me and I'll forever be grateful for my time there. My first official supervisor role for a small bar and grill in Cheltenham in the United Kingdom. Was nice to see how restaurant and bar operations differ from those experienced in Australia. I got to work with a fresh young team and pass on my knowledge and experience and help develop their work ethics and practices.

Working for Merivale was an absolute honour. Coogee Pavilion was intense but allowed my cocktail skills to flourish and I evolved as a bartender.

A lovely few months of work between my traineeship and beginning University education. Here I learnt the importance of upselling and communicating within a team in a fast paced environment.

My first role in early childhood education.A traineeship where I began learning how demanding and rewarding the early childhood industry can be. Juggling independent study and full time work was challenging but not deterring.

My first hospitality role!A fresh faced and bubbly 18 year old getting their first taste of hospitality duties and bartender life.
