I started with Liberty Mutual in 2010 as an FNOL/Fast Path adjuster handling simple claims with clear liability. In 2012, I was promoted to be a Total Loss Adjuster and handled first/third party total loss claims and disputed liability. During this promotion, I relocated to the Phoenix office during the Safeco/Liberty Mutual acquisition. From there, I helped with training and onboarding adjusters in the Phoenix office.

After my short time as a legal assistant, I started a full-time position with a flexible schedule so I could also coach basketball. ABC Office Equipment hired me as an Account Sales Representative. I had an incredible boss and mentor at the time, Mike Brandon, as well as our office Manager, Michelle, who took me under their wing and taught me how to successfully cold call, follow up on leads and how to not lose a sale once you have a foot in the door. This job helped me immensely with communication and talking to office managers, small business owners and others to understand their business needs and help resolve them with our products.

Shortly after college, I was hired on as a legal assistant and helped with clerical work, scheduling, hosting depositions and general office work. I logged and recorded billable hours and helped construct demand packages on personal injury claims and suits.
