As the Corporate Citizenship and Diversity and Inclusion Analyst, I was responsible for running MFS' charitable giving programming including managing major partnerships and sponsorships, managing the company's matching gifts program, and coordinating global volunteer efforts. I was also responsible for creating and maintaining the company's Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy, running internal DEI events and coordinating sponsorships of major DEI events, and partnering with marketing to elevate MFS' brand within diverse communities.

As the Corporate Citizenship and Diversity Associate, I am responsible for managing MFS' community partnerships, community grants, employee volunteering, and diversity and inclusion programming with the goal of keeping MFS employees engaged both at work and in their local communities.

As the Corporate Citizenship Coordinator, I am responsible for the following: -Plan and organize global company service projects including MFS' Global Week of Giving Back-Point of contact for nonprofit partners on the needs of local communities-Present on Corporate Citizenship topics to management level committee-Manage Corporate Citizenship co-ops and summer interns-Analyze employee demographic and experience data-Draft and develop Corporate Citizenship policies and procedures documents including template for evaluating nonprofit funding requests-On boarded new charity platform by researching vendors, meeting with top choices to discuss specific platform functions, and working with IT team to go over security risks and implementation-Help launched and currently chair the Young Professionals employee resource group which includes participating in the young professionals focus group, organizing the group's launch event and creating programing and content to keep young professionals engaged at MFS

As the Corporate Citizenship Co-op, I was responsible for the following:-Organized and ran company drives such as the back-to-school supply drive and winter coat drive-Tracked Corporate Citizenship budget-Researched the financials of organizations that were requesting grants from MFS-Organized the logistics for MFS' Global Day of Giving Back-Created lesson plans and taught financial literacy to middle school students -Contacted partner organizations to organize internal information sessions and events

As the MathWorks Social Mission Intern, I was responsible for the following tasks:-Processed requests for company matching including individual events and disaster relief campaigns-Reviewed and scored community grant applications before sending to a grant review team-Designed new internal webpages and updated webpage content for the Social Mission team -Organized and ran internal events for MathWorks’ sponsored partners-Researched and presented a benchmark analysis on MathWorks’ corporate social responsibility program-Researched organizations nominated for MathWorks’ End of Year Donations Program for controversial content-Drafted Social Mission quarterly reports-Design reviewed 2013 Social Mission Report-Promoted Customer Reference User Stories on social media sites

- Reviewed information given to Wayfair from suppliers to make sure all necessary product information is given- Checked that work from Wayfair’s offshore vendors is formatted correctly according to company standards - Helped launch over 160,000 new products on Wayfair’s website

As a self-defense instructor at Studio Naga, I was responsible for the following:- Taught children ages 6-13 fighting and self-defense skills- Conducted advanced forms classes for adults and teens- Instructed women’s and children’s self-defense classes to community groups and universities such as MIT, Redlands University, Girl Scouts of America, and UC Berkeley- Created and ran Indiegogo campaign raising over $5,000 for the studio's nonprofit affiliate - Created schedule and activities for summer camp programs- Contacted other martial arts schools to recruit new campers for summer programs- Supervised group of 20 summer campers ages 6-15
