Director of educational services and support to educators in the field of early childhood, education administration and K-3 programs. In charge of developing and adhering to strategic goals, program development, budget development, analysis and management. Responsible for public outreach and advocacy as it pertains to the organizations strategic plan.

The Anti-Bias/Culturally Relevant Education Project is designed to work directly with educators to establish their teaching philosophy and practice to build a community of acceptance of others while teaching children skills to resist bias. Using direct coaching and mentoring, our goal is to support educators in their classrooms to help build an understanding of differences, acceptance and to resist bias in a safe and appropriate way.

Adjunct faculty for the Early Childhood Department. Onsite coordinator for several child care centers in the field, focusing on the NAEYC accreditation, CDA training and continuing education.

Coordinate Washington States Kindergarten Entry Assessment, full-day kindergarten and transitional kindergarten implementation. Duties include curriculum design and instruction for kindergarten teachers across Washington State, data collection and analysis of all kindergarten and district early learning assessment data statewide and systems work aligned with special education, Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and school improvemt programs(OSSI).

Project manager for curriculum and instruction analysis. Collect, analyze, evaluate and summarize curriculum data for 29 early learning programs to increase quality programming and teaching effectiveness. Tools evaluated include Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum to Fidelity.

Designed and implemented many of the core classes in the Bachelor of Arts in the Early Childhood Education program Designed and instruct online, hybrid and face to face courses. Led the Administration course in the Early Childhood Department Created effective marketing strategies to enroll prospective students into the program

Designed and developed curriculum for the Washington State Core Competencies. Developed the adult educator core competencies for the early learning field.
