CurrentManages multiple roles within the Advertising Implementation and Operations team responsible for the onboarding and launching of their ad campaignsRecruits and hire exceptional talent and facilitate the onboarding of new team members Estimates staffing needs and schedules and oversees the assignment of work to direct reports to meet service and budget targetsAnalyze team members performance reporting, ensuring SLA’s are adhered to, and address any team member knowledge gaps are closedCollaborate with sales and project management teams and act as stakeholder to assist in rolling out new advertising programs Primary escalation point for reporting and seeking resolution with DEV for all technical launch issues and tool ineffectiveness, ensuring to resolving escalated customer issues are closed immediately Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
