Production Location Manager
Current• Obtain business results by managing a 12,000-acre growing area and organizational structure with a headcount of 68 through clarifying and aligning goals and priorities, ensuring accountability, communicating effectively, and optimizing work processes. • Communicate the broader organization’s mission, vision, and values while connecting it to the actions needed to implement the functions strategy. • Develop workforce planning. Attract and retain qualified candidates with an emphasis on valuing differences to build robust and diverse teams.• Manage performance and development processes by providing coaching and feedback, recognizing, and rewarding achievements, and resolving conflicts. • Ensure business activities and individuals adhere to the organizations safety policies, procedures, and programs to safeguard the environment, protect the wellbeing of individuals, and minimize business risk. • Identify and interpret local issues and trends to develop production and workforce projections. • Develop and submit capital and operational budgets.• Interpret and apply key financial indicators to make well balanced decisions regarding expenditures. • Achieve quality plan standards while maintaining high productivity.• Cultivate positive community relations through the coordination of and participation in public relations activities. • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company guidelines.
