I have played basketball for most of my life, from the time I could walk, all the way thru college, and occasionally hitting the court in the present day. It would be hard for me to say that any other experience has shaped my professional life more. Being part of a team for as long as I can remember has taught me much about where my passions lie. Being a member of or leading a great team truly fulfills me.I’ve learned a good team is one where roles are clear, where coaches place people in positions where they can develop and succeed, where people are given the tools and opportunities they need to be successful, and where efforts are recognized and appreciated. Because of this, I am passionate about providing this environment in every effort I undertake. I strive to make any team I'm a part of feel well supplied for success, along with creating an environment where all team members feel heard. I challenge myself to provide stability during times of transition and am fervent about building diverse and engaged teams who are encouraged to collaborate and innovate relentlessly.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded people, please feel free to connect and let’s get the conversation started!Key Strengths: Organization. Coordination. Relationships. Community. Analysis. Execution. Improvement. Planning. Communication. Clarification. Support.
